I would like to incorporate the word “botox” in a domain name, but see that the word appears to be copyrighted(?) Would there be a problem with using “botox” as part of my domain name?

“Yes”, there would be a problem.

Note - the word “botox” would not be “copyrighted”, but is a “trademark”, and your use could be challenged by the owner of the “trademark”.

Botox® is a registered trademark of Allergan.

Yep, you can use copyrighted names as your domain. Copyright law does not protect domain names.
