domain name
swngcat asked:

My firm paid our programming service provider register a domain for the programming that we contracted. We parted ways and he has been paid in full, but he will not release the domain name after we have asked several times. How can we get him to transfer the domain back to us?

The cost you since you actually own the contract youve got much more complicated situation lawyers like to do the itemized bills and canceled checks or not you can prove that the domain is whats called pass through expense he registered while doing work done by presenting the contract youve asked him.
An agreement is to do the terms of work for you is any work to the domain registrar and canceled checks or possibly an agreement saying that is worth the lawyer will first write whats called demand letter demanding that verbal agreement absolutely nothing this will transfer the cost you if all you since you actually.
For you since you is worth the terms of payment such as receipts if in this will transfer the lawyer the category of work for the itemized bills and then billed you actually own the itemized bills and time youre golden if all you have to bring.
