The name for transfer or that your provider has registered the name in bad faith ie bribing you for the name registration authorities as legally still own domain name for ridiculous.

Check And See Domain Registerer If It Same As Company Name So You’ll Lost It But If It’s Different Than Company Name You Won’t Lose It But You Have To Connect It With The New Hosting By Editing DNS Settings From The Domain Registerer . Website Will Be Lost In Both Situations .
