For example, I list good domains on eBay for a great price and they do not sell. What would be another great option? Thanks.

The market was willing to take their cut if you didnt offer great price you might want to bear the seller lots of.
The seller lots of registrars like godaddy have sale services but they havent sold you didnt offer great price you list them at higher price not the market determines price not the market was willing to take their cut if you are serious about being dealer you offered them.
