I purchased a non-template website, but the seller refuses to give me the passwords to the domain name, which is what I thought I was buying. So I ended up with a website that I cannot access or use since I do not have any password information nor domain name. Are they not the same? I am looking for any information that ties the two together as I dispute this issue.
