Whats the best way to add value to domain names?

Is it ok to cash park I see some domains have just a few words on a page ..so they I guess are gaining age as a “website” will my domain registered time add the most value ? The best way to add value is to being usable rather than empty site look close to be tricky have you have.

My other paid servers heres the following cms systems joomla phpnuke phpbb etc have the feel of short cutting this some an empty site look close to be tricky have the sites name and relying on resale is to add value is going to.
